Getting to Lake Towada

By Public Transport

・Nearest City: Aomori, Shin-Aomori, Hachinohe. (Direct buses going from these stations to Lake Towada and Oirase Gorge)

・Transportation: Take the JR Bus bound for Towada-ko Yasumiya (十和田湖休屋行). Taking the car would take you roughly 60 -90 minutes so it would take you longer if you take there are few busses in the Japanese countryside, it would be more ideal if you drove rather than taking public transportation. If you are taking a car, it would be best closes from Hachinohe and Hichinohe Towada.
